Evenings out in Fort Collins are a blessing especially during our beautiful fall months.
This Friday we gathered with good friends to enjoy a night out at The Red Truck Brewery. This fall evening was especially wonderful. The weather was truly perfect and The Red Truck Brewery was a great place to meet up. The conversation and laughter was super fun and a great way to end the work week. The Brewery is located in Old Town Fort Collins on what is known as Brewery Lane.
The Brewery was recently redone and opened. The Red Truck Brewery offers both locally crafted beers brewed on site and a very American menu. The menu is really like a high quality ball park style definitely an American Cuisine. We all had different beers and even tried a flight of beers which offers 5 different beers to try all at the same time. Along with the beers we enjoyed Hamburgers, Chicken Sandwiches, Brisket Tacos, and a Foot Long Grilled Hotdog all served with French Fries. All food is served in a bright red basket.
Once one has their beer and food they can chose to sit inside or out. Outside there are multiple tables spaced around the building and a couple of fire tables surrounded by Adirondack Chairs. The vibe is bright, cheery and very social. I find the whole place to be super fun!
On most Friday nights there is a live band. The night we were there the country band was swing! For us sitting outside around the fire table was the perfect spot to enjoy the evening and conversations. We all really just had a nice time of just being together.
I personally recommend spending an evening with friends and family…The Red Truck Brewery was Super Fun!!! It is a great place to gather.
