The Hearth restaurant sits on the east side of Windsor thru Old Town off of Main Street. The owners renovated the upstairs of an Old Building from 1902. The renovation offer a well designed transition from the old to the modern. Since 
the restaurant is located on the second level there is an elevator on the backside to allow for easy access.
The second story location gives The Hearth panoramic views of Windsor Lake and the Mountains for there guest to enjoy.
Once upstairs the restaurant is open with vaulted ceiling, a bar, and open kitchen. There is a wall of windows looking out towards the park and Windsor Lake.
The outside offers a rap around deck which is my favorite place to sit, especially since Colorado has so many wonderful evening. The option for outdoor dining is preferred by many in our area. From the deck one can see the mountains to the west and the lake to the north.
I love watching the sunset with a glass of wine while enjoying some wonderful food from The Hearth Restaurant. As one eats and looks out to the lake it is impossible to not love being in Colorado.
The menu is a modern pub and pizzeria style with lots of options. I have had a large variety of items from their menu which include almost every 
appetizer, to their pizza, and even a few of their sandwiches. I think it is nicely priced, not too expensive…more along the average pricing for our area. On Mondays, they do offer happy hour all evening long…this makes it extra affordable.
To me the atmosphere is very relaxing and after a hard days work it is just the prefect way to end the day.
