There are many locations to enjoy free music outside during the summer. It is possible to go to a different location each day of the week and see a live band playing outside during the summer in Northern Colorado.
One of my favorite outside music nights takes place every Thursday evening in Windsor at the Windsor Lake. The stage is set up so people can sit looking at the band with a view of the lake in the background…Beautiful!
Many people gather each week to hear a different band play. People bring blankets, chairs, dogs, and coolers with them. There are 
food trucks and a beer garden set up for people to enjoy. As the music plays people are playing games, talking, and even swimming in the lake. The events are family friendly and welcoming.
If one is new to the area…going to an evening of live music is a great way to get a feel of what Colorado Summers are all about.
